Recipes with stevia

 

We give these recipes as an example, our products are suitable for use in pastry and desserts as they are stable to cooking to 198C (above, our products are losing a bitof their sweetness). It is recommended for use on our products in white powder or liquid. We have tested and tasted every recipes, but nothing beats your experience, taste and inventiveness.Start with small amounts to test  and take them as reference
                                             1g stevia = 200g white sugar.

 

Jams (For 300ml approx)

 
Ingredients

  • 300 grams of  cut strawberries
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 bag of unflavored gelatin (7gr)
  • 2 measures of Stevia powder.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Préparation
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.In a saucepan, add the sliced ​​strawberries with gelatin and cook over high heat until the mixture or the end.
Then lower the heat to low and cook for 25 minutes with a wooden spoon, crush the fruit.
Turn off the heat, add 2 scoops of stevia and mix.
Put the mixture in a jam jar and let it cold.

The gelatin can be replaced with pectin.
This recipe can be used for other fruits such as peach (About 10 peach in this case).

Chocolate cake (6 people)

 
Ingredients

  • 1 plain yogurt, 2 yoghurt pots of flour
  • 1 / 2 jar of oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 2 / 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa or a chocolate bar
  • two measures of stevia white powder.

Préparation
Preheat oven to 170 ° C. Melt the chocolate with a tablespoon of hot water.Mix all ingredients and place in a buttered baking pan.

Place in oven for 30/35 minutes.

 

Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 100 g of unsalted butter 
  • 2 sucrevia doses of powder.

Preparation

Break eggs into a bowl.Add oil slowly while continuing to whisk.

Add yogurt and beat 1-2 minutes.

Put the flour with the baking powder add it 2 times while lifting the dough very well to incorporate in the preparation and dough is perfectly homogeneous but not fry.

Butter a mold and pour the batter.Oven at Th6 Cook for 40 to 45 minutes.
